असमंजस -आपदा या अवसर

नमस्कार! 

हाल के इस आपदा काल मे  बीते कुछ दिनों पहले छात्रों को लेकर सरकार का एक आश्चर्यजनक निर्णय सामने आया कि वर्तमान समय की गम्भीरता को देखते हुए यू. जी., पी. जी.  के समस्त छात्रो को सामान्य पदोन्नति मतबल "जनरल प्रमोशन"  दिया जाएगा! इस घोषणा को सुनते है शिक्षक ओर दिक्षक दोनो राहत की सांस ली की अब घर में रहकर ओर आने तनाव को थोड़ा कम करके इस आपदा से लड़ा जाए|

इस निर्णय से प्रथम ,द्वितीय वर्ष की छात्र- छात्राओं में प्रसन्नता थी   तो अंतिम वर्ष के छात्रों के मन मे संतोष के साथ थोड़ी चिंता भी , प्लेसमनेट , कैरियर ओर भविष्य की चिंता सो अलग, इस अनिश्चितता भरे दौर में इस तरह से छात्रों के साथ जो उथल -पुथल मची है उससे हम सभी कम अवगत नही है! जनरल प्रमोशन की खबर मिलते ही पालको में सन्तोष व्याप्त हुआ कि अब उनके नोनिहालो को बाहर निकल कर अपनी जान दाव पर नही लगानी होगी| लेकिन अभी हालही  में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा यू.जी एवं पी.जी.  अंतिम वर्ष को कराने की अनुमति दिए जाने से छात्र , शिक्षक और पालक वर्ग पुनः उसी दोराहे पर आ खड़ा हुआ जहाँ वो पहले था , पुनः असंजस की स्थिति पैदा हुई है ,बहरहाल  प्रथम ओर द्वितीय वर्ष के छात्रो को इस समय तो राहत है किंतु निर्णय सुनके कुछ अटपटा तो इन्हें भी लगा है ! अब सरकार के इस ओचक निर्णय को   सुन कर कुछ यक्ष प्रश्न सभी के मन मे उठने लगे है कि न्यू नार्मल वाले इस समय मे छात्रो का निकलना सुरक्षित होगा ? वस्तुतः बहुत से छात्र अपने घर से दूर रहकर दूसरे शहर ,विश्वविद्यालय में अध्ययन कर रहे है जो कि अपने अपने  घरों को लौट चुके है क्या इनका एक राज्य से दूसरे राज्य , या एक शहर से दूसरे शहर में आना सुरक्षित होगा और क्या इनके अभिभावक उन्हें इसकी अनुमति देंगे ?एक बड़ा छात्र वर्ग होस्टलों में रह कर शिक्षा प्राप्त करता है तथा उनमे से बहुत छात्र कमजोर आय वर्ग आते है या किसी कारण से  अक्षम है क्या वह ऐसे समय में खर्चा वहन कर पाएंगे?

केंद्र सरकार  और यू.जी.सी.  ने दिशा निर्देश देकर घोषणा तो करदी लेकिन इस योजना को मूर्त रूप देने में  विश्विद्यालय कितने सक्षम होंगे इस पर विचार किया भी होगा , ओर इनमे में होने वाली अनियमितता से तो वह भी अनजान नही है!

ऐसे समय मे जब कोरोना के मामले दिनों -दिन बढ़ते जारहे है क्या छात्रों का परीक्षा देने उचित होगा ? , यदि कोई छात्र संक्रमित हुआ तो क्या उसकी जिम्मेंदारी की जाएगी ,  ओर इनका कहना होगा कि यदि कोई छात्र परीक्षा नही दे पाया तो उसकी परीक्षा बाद में ली जाएगी! लेकिन अब आप ही विचार कीजिये कि रिचेकिंग के दिए आवेदन का परिणाम तो समय पर दिया नही जाता तो इस प्रकार की जटिल समस्या का निपटान कैसे होगा?

इन सब बातों के बीच  पीस तो छात्र रहे है जिनके पास ना तो  पढ़ने के संसाधन  है और ना ही किसी प्रकार की व्यवस्था और तो ओर जिन महाविद्यालयों की कक्षाओ का पाठ्यक्रम अधूरा है उनकी अपनी अलग परेशानी है|

इस निर्णय के दूरगामी परिणाम तो होंगे ही , जिनका परिणाम कोई नही जनता लेकिन इससे उन छात्रों को एक अवसर भी मिला जोकि ओर मेहनत करके अपने परीक्षा परिणाम को ओर बेहतर रूप देना चाहते है इस महामारी के आपदा में छात्रों को अपना परिणाम बेहतर बनाने के लिए पर्याप्त समय प्राप्त हुआ है जैसा कि कहा जाता है हर आपदा अपने साथ अवसर भी लेकर आती है अब यह तो हम पर निर्भर करता है कि हम असमंजस में रहे या  अवसर का उपयोग करे| परंतु हम यही कामना करते हैं कि सरकार  आगे जो भी करें वह छात्र  के हित को ध्यान में रखते हुए करें|

Hey! 

In this era of pandemic ,  a surprising decision of the government regarding the students came out in the last few days which  suggests  that in view the seriousness of the present time, all U.G ,P.G, students  will get  general  promotion. This announcement  comes as a sigh  of relief  for both teachers  and parents ,that now they can stay at home and fight  this pandemic   and stress  .

This decision pleased the first and second year students,whereas gave   the final year student  some  sort of satisfaction while they were still  concerned  about  what  will be the marking  scheme,  placement, career and future issues, In this uncertain period  of time  there is a lot of turmoil  between  students which we all are aware about  and their  concerns  and confusions  are fair.! 

But as soon  as the news of general  promotion  was received  parents  were a bit relieved  that now their  children  doesn't  have to go out and take a risk on his life.

But recently  the central  government  has given  permission  to universities to hold U.G and P.G exam for final  year  students Which created again a situation of chaos and confusion between   students, teachers  and parents everyone is standing  again on that point  where it all started,however the first and second year students are relieved at this time but this decision  made them anxious  too. Now, on hearing this surprising decision of the government, some questions have started to arise in everyone's mind that will it be safe for the students ?Is it the new  normal?

In fact, many students are staying away from their homes and studying in other cities, universities students that have returned to their homes after lock down. willl it be safe for them to move from one state to another, or from one city to another, and will their parents will allow it?

A large  group  of students  live in hostels or room  many of them due  to less  income  left hostel  now how they will be  able to come again   and resettle .

And the main  question is the students  coming  from weaker  sections  will be able to bear  expenses? 

Central  govt and U.G.C have given  this decision  and direction but they should  reconsider  the capabilities  of universities  to take examination  and also look  after the irregularity.

At this time  when corona  cases are increasing  day by day  will it be appropriate  for students  to give exam?

If a student  get  infected  during  this period  whose responsibility  it will he? 

 And is there any procedure  by which they can take exam  of students  afterwards  if they are not able to give  at this point  of time. 

But its high time we should  think  these universities which are not even  able to  give  rechecking  results on time are they capable of   getting through this complex situation?

In between  all these  thing the one who is suffering  is students.who have neither the resources to study nor any kind of arrangement, and also some colleges  have not even  completed  their  syllabus it's a different  kind of problem .

This decision will have far-reaching consequences, which no one knows, but it also gave an opportunity to those students who wanted to work hard to give their best  to get  high  marks .this lock down  gave enough  time to students  to get prepare for exams.

As it is said every disaster brings an opportunity with itself. It depends on us whether we stayed  confused or use the opportunity .Still we pray  whatever  government  decides   should  be in good  faith  of students .
