परिवर्तन की आवश्यकता

आज केवल हम , हमारा प्रदेश, देश ही नही बल्कि पूरा विश्व एक भीषण महामारी से लड़ रहा है ,जिसकी शुरुआत चीन के वुहान से मानी गयी है (यह कहना सही भी है कि इसका जनक वही है!!) आप ही सोचिए एक देश जहा से एक बीमारी शुरू होती हौ जिसके बारे में वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा कई बार आगाह किया गया लेकिन समय पर कोई निर्णय नहीं लिया गया ,नही कोई सावधानी बरति गयी जिसका निष्कर्ष आज इतने भीषण रूप में निकल कर आया है! ज्यादा दूर भी क्यों जाना हमारे देश के वीर सेनिको,कर्मचारियों, डॉक्टरो ओर सबसे ज्यादा गरीबो ,श्रमिको की पीड़ा ही तो बढ़ी है! शासन ,प्रशासन के अथक प्रयास भी इन श्रमविरो ,कोरोना वीरों की पीड़ा के आगे भी यह सब बोना ही नजर आ रहा है! क्या केवल मुआवजे से ,या सांत्वना से किसी मजदूर के परिवार की क्षति पूरी करना सम्भव है? इसका जवाब है 'नहीं' जिन श्रमिको को ,लघु व्यापारियों (सब्जी ,फल,अनाज,घरेलू सामाग्री) की महत्ता अब सभी को समझ आगयी है,इनका एक अपना स्वाभिनमान है जिसे ये मजबूरी की अंत सीमा तक डिगने नही देते परन्तु आज ये विवश है बच्चो की भूख के आगे,अपने बुजुर्गों के खातिर जिनका इनके अलावा कोई है भी या नही!

महामारी से लड़ने के लिये किये जारहे इस भीष्म प्रयास( कठीन प्रयास) से लड़ने के लिये हमें शासन -प्रशासन के साथ कदम से कदम मिलाकर चलना है नक़ी चुप बैठना है! इस सम्पूर्ण परिस्थिति का सार यह है कि कठिन से कठिन परिस्थिति के लिए हमे तैयार रहना है ,शिक्षा जगत में, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी, प्रौद्योगिकी ,आदी में जो बदलाव 10 वर्ष बाद सामान्य होना सम्भव थे इन्हें इस विपरीत समय मे किया जाना पड़ा! शिक्षा के क्षेत्र के विस्तार के लिये A.I.M.S, I.I.T, I.I.M, N.I.T ,I.I.S.C, I.I.J.M.C, मेडिकल कॉलेज, शिक्षा कॉलेज, स्किल डेवलोपमेन्ट संस्थानो जैसे संस्थानों की संख्या बढ़ाना आवश्यक है ,जिससे बढ़ती आबादी की जरूरतों को पूरा किया जिसके ओर छात्रों को उच्च शिक्षा के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा सके , साथ ही निर्धन अथवा किसी अन्य कारण से जरूरतमंद छात्र -छात्राओं को सहयोग प्रदान किया जा सके!

जिसके फलस्वरूप विद्यार्थी देश के सच्चे ओर सार्थक नागरिक बन देश को नई ऊंचाइयों पर लेके जाएंगे ,साथ ही सभी के विकास ओर देशो को आत्मनिभर बनने में सहायक सिद्ध होंगे |

ENGLISH TRANSLATE:

Today, not only we, our state,  our country, but the whole world is fighting a severe epidemic, which has been assumed to be originated from China's Wuhan ( it is right to say that china is father of this  disease!!). Think of a country where a disease starts about which many times have been warned by scientists, but no decision has been taken in time, no caution has been taken, whose conclusions have come out in such a terrible way today!

Why go too far, the pain of the soldiers, employees, doctors and most poor, laborers of our country has increased!.The tireless efforts of the government and administration are also seen to small all this in front of the agony of these workers, corona heroes! Is it possible to compensate the loss of a laborer's family only by compensation, or by consolation?

The answer is 'no', the workers, who have now understood the importance of small traders (vegetables, fruits, grains, household goods), have a self-respect that they do not let the compulsion to the end limit, but today it is forced In front of the hunger of children, for the sake of their elders, who has or has no one besides them!

To fight this pandemic, to fight this Bhishma effort (hard effort), we have to walk step by step with governance and administration, and sit silently!. The essence of this whole situation is that we have to be ready for the most difficult situation, in this world of education, information technology, technology, etc The changes which were possible to be normal after 10 years, had to be done in this time of contrast in this education system !

It is necessary to increase the number of institutions like AIMS, IIT, IIM, NIT, IISC, IIJMC, Medical Colleges, Education Colleges, Skill Development Institutes, which cater to the needs of the growing population , to encourage  students  for higher  education,as well as to provide support to needy students / students for poor or any other reason. As a result of which students will become true and meaningful citizens of the country and will take the country to new heights, along with it will prove to be helpful in the development of all and for the country to become self-reliant.
