मजदूर क्यों मजबूर?

आज में ना जाने क्यूं विचलित हूँ, विगलित हूँ!
आज ना मुझे किसी ना डाँटा ,ना किसी ने मुझे कुछ कहा फिर भी मन में आज एक अलग से पीड़ा ओर बेचेनी है,वो भी अपनो के साथ होकर भी में उनके साथ नही हूँ! क्यों ? मन को टटोला ,तो समझ  पाई कि शायद इस दुख का कारण है उन मजबूरों की पीड़ा और लाचारी जो कि एक समय में मजदूर श्रमिक कहलाते थे, उन मजदूरों को मजबूत से मज़बूर बनाया गया है ,जो दूसरों की सुख सुविधा के लिए अपना खून पसीना एक करदेते थे चाहे कड़ी धूप हो या हाड़ कंपा देने वाली ठंड हो,फिर क्यों आज उन्हें पीड़ित होकर पलायन को मजबूर होना पड़ा,जिस शहर की चकाचौंध में वो भी तो अपने बच्चे के सुनहरे भविष्य की आशा का दिया लिए चल आये थे पर शहर के तथाकथित 'बड़े लोगो'' (जो कि असलियत में मानसिक रूप व मानवीय रूप से  बोने है?) ने उनकी स्वयं की रोटी छीन कर उन्हें भगा दिया,अरे जब रोटी नही दे सकते तो छिनने ओर दुत्कारने का हक किसने दिया? और रही सही कसर इन श्रमवीर ओर छात्रों के साथ उनके मकान मालिकों ने किराया मांग कर ,भगा कर पूरी करदी, सोचने को मजबूर करती है ये बाते की क्या इन 'बड़े लोगो' ओर 'मकानमालिकों' को धन की इतनी कमी कैसे ? क्या इनका परिवार नही ? क्या इनके बच्चे दूसरे शहर में किराये के मकान में नही रहते? क्या इनके माँ-बाबा ने बिना मेहनत किये ही इन्हें सक्षम ओर सम्पन्न बनाया आखिर वो भी तो श्रमिक ही थे फिर ये  क्यों अपनी अमानवीयता ओर घर से बाहर निकल के अपनी नासमझी का परिचय दे रहे है ? किसी एक के गलत होने से पूरा समूह गलत नही हो सकता ,फिर क्या कारण है जो ये लोग औरो की परेशानी बढ़ाने को आतुर है |

ऐसे समय मे धन्य है मालव भूमि इंदौर जहा मजदूरों को मजबूर ना समझ उनकी मदद की जा  रही  है ,साधुवाद है उन समाज सेवियो को जो अपनी सुरक्षा का ख्याल ना करके लगे हुए है सेवा में,  क्या ऐसा ही सेवा भाव अन्य राज्यो ओर अधिकारी और आक़ाओं में नही आ सकता ? ऐसा स्वभाव व भावना हमारे आधुनिक सेवाभावी सेनिको में है भी लेकिन कुछ मुट्ठीभर लोगो ऐसे समय में भी इन बिरलो के मेहनत और त्याग की पवित्रता को धूमिल करके अपनी चांदी चमकाने में लगे है ,इन्हें क्या फर्क पढ़े  कई सो. किलोमीटर चल कर अपने गाँव से महज कुछ किलोमीटर की दूरी पर मर गयी ,या  कई बलि चढ़ गई, या सड़क पर अपने बाल बच्चो के साध ठोकरे खाते उन मजदूरों से वो तो बैठे है अपनी "एयर कंडिशन्ड कुटिया" में ,भूख से बिलखते बच्चो की भूख से, या अपने घायल पति की मदद के लिए गुहार लगाती महिला से ,या उस बेबस माँ से जो मरकर अपने नोनिहालो के लाश के पास लेटी है,इनक़ी पीड़ा से लोगो को क्या फर्क पड़ेगा! ये तो बस न्यूज़ देख कर अफसोस जताते है ओर  वह कर्म वीर सेवा कर रहे है उनके सेवा पर अपनी मेली मानसिकता से व्यवधान डाल रहे है या कटाक्ष कर रहे, ये याद रखना भी जरूरी  है की अगर जिम्मेदारों ने अपनी जिम्मेदारी नही समझी ,अपना कर्तव्य  नही निभाया तो वो लाखो मांओ, बेंबसों,मजदूरों की आह से निकलने वाले श्राप  को भोगने के लिए तैयार रहे! सच्चाई यही यही है ,चाहे बुर लगे या अच्छा ,ऐसे कठिन समय मे हम सबको आगे आना होगा ,ओर ये सार्थक भी होगा, इसलिए घर मे रहे, स्वच्छ रहिये, स्वयं को ओर अपनो को सुरक्षित रखिये ,बेवजह बाहर निकल कर श्रमिको , सेवको,कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों के बलिदान को व्यर्थ ना कीजिये👏🏻  मैं आप सभी से यही विनती करती हूं|

I am not feeling  good  today, I am a bit distracted.
No one scolded  me  today nor anyone  told  me  anything  wrong still i have a different  kind of stress and pain  in my mind and heart then understood that perhaps the cause of this misery is the pain and helplessness of those forced laborers who were once called laborers, those laborers have been strengthened, who sweat their blood for the comfort of others. Whether it was a hard sun or a scorching cold he worked  for very  hard for Others why did he suffer today and was forced to flee, they came to  city in the hope of earning and thinking  about  the golden  future   of their children. The city  of -called 'big people' (who are actually mentally and humanly sowing?)Snatched their bread and drove them away, who gave them the right  when they can't give bread then  how can snatch and torture   those  laborers  ? And then what worst  can happen  to those  hard working  Labor's  and student  from whom landlords  demanded  rent   when they were not in a condition  to pay landlords also said you can pay 3 months rent together  after this lock down but the fear of paying  rent for 3 months and staying  away  from their  villages  make them migrate. Make me think about how these 'big people's and 'landlord's

were so short of money?
 Don't they have  a family?
Do their children not live in rented houses in another city?

Did their mother and  father make them competent and prosperous without working hard, after all, they were also laborers, then why are they showing their inhumanity and their senselessness by getting labors  out of the house by asking  for money ? At this time   we are. Grateful  to have a city  like indore Where Labor's are not treated  as a 2nd class citizen  everyone  is trying  to help  them as much as they can thankful  to those   social  workers who are  putting  their  life at risk for good work, can not such service sentiment come in other states and officials and figures?

Such a nature and spirit is in our modern servicemen, but even at a time, a handful of people are busy polishing their silver by tarnishing the purity of the hard work and sacrifice of these people
They don't  care whether  a women  walked many miles and died just a kilometer  away  from her village, or someone  sacrificed  their life or a helpless worker sitting  with their hungry child
They are sitting  in their  air conditioner  room not caring about people suffering from hunger, children crying out of hunger, or from a woman who is pleading for the help of her injured husband, or from the helpless mother who is lying dead of her grandchildren.

They are just  regretting   situation of labor's just  by  watching  news while some service  man are working  hard to but this people interrupting their service with bad mentality or making sarcasm, it is also important to remember that if the responsible did not understand their responsibility, their duty If not fulfilled, then they are ready to suffer the curse emanating from millions of mothers, fathers and laborers!

This is the truth, whether it is bad or good, in such a difficult time we all have to come forward, and it will also be worthwhile, so stay at home, stay clean, keep yourself and your loved ones safe, laborers, workers without getting out unnecessarily landlords should  help them as much as they can in these  time, Do not waste the sacrifice of employees and officers.
